Updated: Temporary closure of Tree Molds and access road

Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park announces the following closure that will temporarily restrict vehicles from the Tree Molds recreational area off Mauna Loa Road. Moreover, due to recent safety concerns, restrictions have been imposed on accessing Tree Molds Road via the northern gravel road from the horse corral.
