Kids in Parks: Homestead National Historical Park… It’s a hoot!

September 5, 2024 · Source: National Park Service

Attention kids of all ages! Come out to the Education Center at Homestead National Historical Park on Saturday, September 14, at 10 a.m. for a ranger-led activity as we learn about mysterious owl pellets. These are the things the owl leaves behind after having a meal, so who knows what you may find as you look inside. And of course, the event is FREE! Come dressed for the weather. Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended.
