Congaree National Park Announces Awarding of Contract for Boardwalk Replacement

The park is announcing the awarding of a contract to replace sections B, D, and F of the parks iconic Boardwalk Loop Trail. Depending upon conditions, work on this project is expected to begin prior to the 2024 holiday season and completed by the summer of 2026.
