Herbert Hoover National Historic Site is Modifying Operations to Implement Latest Health Guidance

Herbert Hoover National Historic Site is announcing modifications to operations to implement the latest guidance from the White House, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and local and state authorities to promote social distancing. As of March 18, 2020, Herbert Hoover National Historic Site, is closed until further notice. Where it is possible to adhere to the latest health guidance, the site’s out-of-doors areas–historic streets, paths, and trails through the reconstructed tall grass prairie–will continue to be accessible while the Visitor Center and historic buildings will be closed.
