"Hands-On History" takes place the 2nd Saturday of each month through October on the 3rd Floor of the Boott Cotton Mills Museum (115 John St., Lowell, MA). This month’s activities include: Weaving on a hand loom, test different types of water wheels, and build your own model canal system to discover the innovative system that powered Lowell’s mills. These free, drop-in workshops are appropriate for all ages.
