Registered Virginia voters do not need an excuse to vote early. Loudoun’s Elections Office at 750 Miller Drive, Suite 150, in Leesburg remains an early-voting location. Beginning October 18, voters also have satellite options at Ashburn Recreation and Community Center, Carver Senior Center, Claude Moore Recreation Center and Dulles South Recreation Center.
The published schedule gives all four satellites Sunday hours of 11 a.m.–4 p.m., including opening day October 18; Saturdays October 24 and 31 run 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Weekday hours differ, with later Tuesday and Thursday voting. Check loudoun.gov/VoteEarly for the address and day-specific hours before travelling. Bring acceptable identification and check your registration through the state voter portal.
October 23 is not an absolute end to every registration option. The county says voters registering after that date can use same-day registration and vote a provisional ballot. Its current early-voting page links the state’s explanation of that process. Do not confuse registration, a request for a mail ballot and the return of a completed ballot.
Mail-ballot requests have an October 23 deadline. The county relays the Postal Service’s recommendation to mail completed ballots by October 27; that recommendation is not presented as a separate statutory return deadline. From October 18, voted ballots may also be returned during open hours at county public libraries other than the Law Library, or at open early-voting sites. Follow the county’s VoteByMail instructions for the full set of return options.
On November 3, polling hours are 6 a.m.–7 p.m., and in-person voters use their assigned precinct rather than choosing a satellite. The county’s notice and linked pages do not expressly label a time zone for these dates and hours, so no precise automated deadline timestamp has been inferred here.
