Volunteers may choose a public street, park, school, creek or other waterway, or join the city hub at Trinity Park Pavilion 4. Keep Fort Worth Beautiful will provide gloves and trash bags to registered participants while supplies last; pickup is at the Business Assistance Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 14 and 15, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 16.
After the October 17 cleanup, volunteers may take filled bags to a city drop-off station or request collection through Fort Worth 311, by email or through the MyFW app. The city asks people requesting collection to consolidate bags and provide a precise location, with photos when possible.
A separate free tire collection runs from 8 a.m. to noon October 17 at the Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods, 818 Missouri Avenue. Passenger-vehicle and small-equipment tires are accepted, but business, commercial-vehicle, 18-wheeler and tractor tires are excluded. The city does not state a registration cutoff, so interested volunteers should register and arrange supply pickup promptly.
