Bidders must send or deliver a sealed envelope to the Village Clerk at 8 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 447, Fonda, NY 12068. The submission should state the bidder’s name or business, mailing address, telephone number, email address if available, bid amount, signature and date.
The clerk must receive the bid by 3 p.m. on Friday, November 6; a postmark alone is not timely. The village plans to present bids for consideration in connection with the November 9 Board of Trustees meeting, and any acceptance remains subject to the sale terms, applicable law and final village action.
