Boise housing notices have two separate comment periods

Staff Writer · 2026-10-14 · Boise

Boise is seeking comments on a proposed 50-unit supportive-housing building and a separate change to how it publishes housing-program notices. The Fulton project’s floodplain review closes October 30, 2026; comments on the Citizen Participation Plan proposal run October 13–November 11.

The Fulton would be a four-story building at 215 S. 15th Street, with medical space, staff offices and housing for people leaving homelessness. The October 12 notice requests information about floodplain impacts and alternatives. It is an environmental-review notice, not an announcement that apartments are ready or applications are open.

Send Fulton comments to Housing@cityofboise.org or City of Boise, P.O. Box 500, Boise, ID 83701, attention HCD–Compliance. They must arrive by October 30; no cutoff hour is stated.

The separate plan amendment would remove newspaper publication in the Idaho Statesman while retaining notices on the city’s housing website. Submit those comments to housing@cityofboise.org, fax 208-384-4195 or the mailing address in the official notice. Translation and accommodation requests can be made at 208-570-6830.
