Tristan McKee joins JR Motorsports for long-term O'Reilly plan

JR Motorsports signed 16-year-old Tristan McKee to drive its No. 9 Chevrolet part time in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2027 and 2028, with a full-season program planned for 2029. His series debut is scheduled for Bristol on August 13, 2027. McKee will also continue selected Truck Series races with Spire Motorsports in 2027. The announcement follows his ARCA East championship and three top-10 finishes in his first three Truck starts.
