What this means

New York State Police said Kristy L. Grafton, 45, of Lacona was arrested after an October 1, 2026 complaint at Sandy Creek Central School. Police allege she exposed herself to students from a nearby porch and later entered the school partially disrobed. She was charged with three counts of public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor, and two disorderly-conduct violations. These are allegations, not findings of guilt. Police issued an appearance ticket for Sandy Creek Town Court on October 15 at 5:30 p.m.
