The meeting is open to the public. A portion of the meeting will be reserved for public comment on matters germane to items on the agenda. When the public comment period is announced, any member of the public wishing to provide a comment may indicate their desire to speak at that time by raising their hand. No advance registration is required.

The Tennessee Pest Control Advisory Board comprises seven members representing the pest control industry and consumers. The board sets standards for licensing in categories of pesticide applications. The board also advises the Tennessee Department of Agriculture on pest control issues and regulatory matters.
