Virtual town hall is on Oct. 29

The Washington State Department of Commerce’s Contracts and Compliance Division is hosting an online town hall for current or potential contractors or grantees about the new Shared Standards Initiative (SSI), which will help the agency ensure contracts are implemented and monitored more uniformly in the future.

When: 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29

How to join: Register on Zoom. Participation is limited, so register early.

At the session, you’ll learn how the agency is making it easier to handle contracts, improving how contracts are managed, and training contract managers. Your ideas and questions will help shape future town halls, focusing on contracting topics that matter most to you.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. This session will be recorded. Registration information is a public record and may be subject to disclosure, pursuant to Chapter 42.56 RCW.
