New York State Police said a 16-year-old Poughkeepsie motorcyclist was seriously injured in an October 12 collision near 41 Hollow Road in the Town of Clinton. According to the preliminary investigation, the rider lost control of a northbound 2009 Kawasaki and struck a southbound 2022 Peterbilt tractor-trailer. The rider was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center, the truck driver was not injured, and the investigation remains open.
