COLUMBIA, S.C. – Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster’s schedules for the week of October 5, 2026, include the following:

Wednesday, October 7 at 6:00 PM: Gov. McMaster will attend an event hosted by Mayor Daniel J. Rickenmann to recognize the City of Columbia’s Inaugural Class of Mayor’s Ripples of Impact Award, The Lace House, 803 Richland Street, Columbia, S.C.

Note: This is a private, invitation-only event; however, members of the media are encouraged to attend. Media planning to attend are asked to RSVP to pio@columbiasc.gov by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Friday, October 9 at 10:30 AM: Gov. McMaster will be the commencement speaker at the South Carolina Highway Patrol Graduation ceremony for Basic Class 132, S.C. Criminal Justice Academy, 5400 Broad River Road, Columbia, S.C.
