Disney says the Avengers Endgame: Encore theatrical rerelease has lifted the film’s estimated worldwide total above Avatar. Its October 4 announcement lists Endgame at $2.9255 billion and Avatar at $2.9237 billion.
The next Avengers installment, Doomsday, is still listed for a December 18, 2026 theatrical debut. No new filming window is provided.
