Match the utility before checking the amount
The California Public Utilities Commission's October 12 notice lists November residential electricity credits of $17.52 for Bear Valley Electric Service, $71.98 for Liberty Utilities and $111.83 for Pacific Power.
These are bill credits for the identified utilities, not a statewide cash-payment offer. CPUC says eligible accounts receive them automatically, regardless of consumption. Unused credit carries into the following billing month.
Check November's statement, not an application link
There is no signup requirement in the notice. Review the November bill for the credit and consult the commission's program page for the utility-specific schedule.
That page flags a separate, unapproved proposal that could change Liberty's amount; the October 12 announcement lists $71.98. Do not substitute a proposed figure for an approved one.
The residential schedule should not be confused with qualifying small-business credits, which remain scheduled for April and October.
