Dr. Saira Ismail, family physician and Nature Rx Advisor, will share some of the most recent studies behind time in nature. What is it about time in nature or green spaces that effect our wellbeing? Why do you feel better after spending time outdoors? What causes your heart rate to lower? Find out the answers to these questions (and more)!
