Governor Greg Abbott appointed Zane Blackwell to the Upper Colorado River Authority Board of Directors for a term set to expire on February 1, 2029.
Zane Blackwell of Eden is a retired utility lineman. He is a former member of the Eden Chamber of Commerce Board, Eden Economic Development, and the City of Eden Water Task Force. Additionally, he previously served as president of the Eden Consolidated Independent School District Board.
